Vendor Spaces (tables)

Spaces: This is a Two-Day Show but the spaces are not necessarily for both days — you asked, we answered — so you can vend for the whole weekend or one day only, pick a day. Read carefully, there have been changes made for November 2026.

Full weekend: spaces are (a) 8′ x 6′ (room for an 8′ x 30″ table* and 2 chairs) for $200 with a $25 discount per additional table or (b) SOLD OUT FOR NOVEMBER a double 6′ x 6′ at the end of the inner islands, for a combined area of 12′ x 6′ (room for two 6′ tables and chairs) for a set price of $350 for the full end. (a2 – overflow: a 6′ x 6′ table in the downstairs one-day only area, but for both days. This is for people who wanted the full weekend but we sold out of them upstairs. This will be handled as two one-day only for ordering, with a coupon for the pricing structure. see below)
One-Day Only: (c) Saturday are $125 each, (d) Sunday are $100 each. Both are for 6’x6′ spaces (which fit a 6′ x 30″ table* and 2 chairs). There are no discounts for multiple spaces for the one-day spaces. (a2) Full weekend overflow downstairs $175. This is a 6’x6′ space but for the whole weekend. You choose one Saturday space and one Sunday space and then follow the instructions for the coupon to reduce the auto-price for each of the one-day only spaces to be the weekend price for 6′ rather than 8′.
*Table and chairs are provided for all spaces, but you are welcome to bring your own grid, shelving, or other set up, so long as it doesn’t interfere with neighboring spaces or the walkway. Design as you wish, but we do reserve the right to alter or adjust as necessary for safety and/or crowding.
– Multiples & Passes: You may get a maximum of 3 spaces for full weekend, 2 spaces for one-day only. The first space comes with two passes. Each additional comes with one additional pass.
– Rooms: Full weekend spaces are located upstairs in the ballroom and hallway and one-day only spaces in the three double-size event rooms downstairs. Should we end up with a waiting list for weekend and have availability downstairs, we may create 6′ weekend spots downstairs.

A word on the downstairs rooms and traffic concerns & solutions: The entrance and food trucks are downstairs, so traffic will absolutely be going past this area and you will not be forgotten down some dark hallway. We will be doing online ticket check-in downstairs but tickets-at-the-door upstairs, to split the traffic and allow some attendees to begin their adventure downstairs instead of everyone starting upstairs and causing a lag in the movement. We are also including new large banners and signage to help direct the flow of shoppers to the downstairs. And all one-day vendors will be giving double raffle tickets to encourage shopping downstairs.

Preferences
— Location: For 8′ full weekend spaces only, you can request the hallway wall, the ballroom wall, or the ballroom center islands. Again, this is a request, a preference only, and not guaranteed, though we will attempt to accommodate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Electricity unfortunately, electricity via the hotel is charged at ridiculous rates. If your booth absolutely requires electricity, there are wall outlets that can be used. 10′ and downstairs 6′ should all have access. For upstairs 6′ tables that absolutely must have electricity, email us after you’ve paid for your table so we can place you properly.

All vendor tables are non-refundable. Unless and only if, you have an emergency within 24 hours of purchasing your space(s), or in the case of over-saturated vendor items (see curated items below). In which case, Horror on Main/The Grim Market may choose, at their discretion, to refund you.

Curated items. We strive to curate variety, and no one wants a show with 15 vendors all selling the same thing. For that reason, we are trying something new and have turned on limits for the more unique items on the vendor form to prevent this (i.e. crochet, 3d printing, etc). If an item is marked [Sold Out] we ask you please don’t put them as “other”. If the [Sold Out] item is only a portion of what you offer, you are absolutely welcome and encouraged to bring the rest of your items and check them off, but respect that the [sold out] item should not be displayed or sold at your table. If that is all you sell, we are so sorry the spaces for that item filled and hope to see you next time. If you truly believe your [sold out] items are vastly different than the other vendors and want to discuss it, contact us. We are absolutely open to all discussion and want to accommodate as many vendors as we can. Also, we need to know if the limit system doesn’t really work for this, then we can learn and will adjust it. We welcome and encourage open communication with our vendors to be the best we can be for you.

Horror on Main/The Grim Market reserves the right to refund and gently, with a smile, remove any vendor from the event if they are selling something we have too many of already. Or we may ask you to not bring a particular item if we have others selling it, but you have other items to offer. This is why we ask for your website or social media, so we can see your items and make sure we can include as many vendors as possible. We want to work with you so you can participate. You’re not a number to us, you are the stars.

Load in and out info and proceedings will be emailed to you closer to the event date. Please make sure the email you put on the vendor form is for the correct contact person. Times for set up and break down are listed at the top of this page and repeated here. You can also join our Facebook VENDOR Group for further information once you’ve secured your table.
IN: Friday night set up time is TBA. Yes the room is locked overnight. Saturday set up for weekend spaces and Saturday-only spaces starts at 7am and must be finished by 9:30am, before doors open at 10am. Sunday-only spaces starts at 7pm Saturday (time will depend on if your space has been cleared) and 7am on Sunday and must be finished by 9:30am, before doors open at 10am.
OUT: The show runs from 10am to 5pm each day, breakdown for one-day only Saturday people can begin after doors close on Saturday. Breakdown for Sunday and Weekend vendors can begin after doors close Sunday. Vendors will not break down their space before doors are closed, or they will be put on a hold list for future shows. Our Vendor Room staff absolutely takes notes throughout the weekend and reports who breaks down early, leaves their tables unattended, etc.

RAFFLE! We will be doing the vendor raffle again. For those unfamiliar, whenever someone buys from you, you give them a ticket. They keep 1/2 and drop 1/2 into the bucket by the raffle item they hope to win. If you need more, ask and we’ll bring you some. One ticket per customer, not per item purchased.
– If you are donating to the raffle, please make sure it is something you are not selling at your table. We don’t want people not buying from you in hopes of winning it instead.
– Raffles will be drawn every other hour, on the odd hour, upstairs and down (again pushing bodies downstairs), with the final raffle of each day at 5pm upstairs. The vendor room doors closing immediately afterward and we ask that you stay at your table until those doors are closed.

When purchasing spaces, you agree to the rules listed here.

Vendors may not use anything that will damage hotel walls, tables, or carpet to mount or set up their displays. Vendors will be held liable and responsible for any damage they cause.

Candles and other products with flames are allowed to be for sale, but no vendor should have any lit candles or other burning items, as it is against hotel policy and could get you removed.

Vendor tables must be manned during the entire time the room is open to the public, with the exception of small breaks and meals. Horror on Main/The Grim Market is not responsible for theft, damage, or other loss at any unmanned tables, as well as situations listed below. Horror on Main/The Grim Market staff, agents, or owners are not available to “watch your table” while you are away.

All vendors agree to hold blameless any and all Horror on Main/The Grim Market staff, owners, or agents against any theft, damage, loss, or expenses incurred therein, including property or personal injuries, whether during the event, loading or unloading. The vendor is responsible to carry insurance for their merchandise and person. Horror on Main does not provide insurance to vendors.

Horror on Main/The Grim Market reserves the right to deny the display of signage or merchandise, which is hateful, harmful or pornographic in nature, at the definition and discretion of Horror on Main, LLC. Please keep displays to a PG13 standard.

Vendors are responsible for keeping their area free of trash. Garbage cans will be positioned around the room.

Vendors will not reposition tables or other hotel furniture; block doors, aisles or emergency exits; or encroach upon neighboring vendors. The only exception is the removal of tables (initial or additional) purchased to use the space for floor displays.

No freshly prepared food or beverage may be sold from a vendor booth. Wrapped, sealed, or prepackaged candy and other items are acceptable. If you are unsure, contact us to ask.

We understand that friends, and sometimes family, want to share a table and sell together for the weekend. We have no problem with this but do limit the number of different vending entities per space to two (2). If sharing a space, please fill out the bottom of the vendor ticket form so we have both names, and be sure to add the additional vendor’s website as well for proper listing.

Horror on Main/The Grim Market holds vendors responsible and liable for any legalities of the merchandise they are selling, including necessary rights or licensing. Vendors caught selling unlicensed, copyrighted material may be removed from the event and held accountable to those whom they misrepresented. Horror on Main will not be held responsible. On that same note, Horror on Main does not allow vendors who sell A.I. creations (art or otherwise).

To help us separate similar merchandise, please be sure you check the top (main) three items you sell and include either a website or social media link, so that we can work with the available options if your wares includes a repeat item (i.e. we may ask you not to bring/sell ITEM A but the rest of what you have is fine). If we request this and you agree, and you then bring those items, our Vendor Manager will be aware of what you should not have and will ask you to pack it away.

Vendors are solely responsible for the actions of their helpers and children. All helpers and children are held to the same rules and guidelines as the vendor, and the vendor will be accountable for any violations.

Rule #1 – Don’t be a dick. It’s on our policy page and is being reiterated here. We have a zero harassment tolerance policy. That includes gender or identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion, and we will not tolerate harassment in any form. We will also not allow bullying or shit-talking of other vendors. We can and will send you home if you are being disrespectful, harassing, or bullying another vendor, staff, celebrity, or attendee. Horror on Main strives to provide a fun, safe space for everyone.

Pennsylvania requires all vendors/sellers to pay sales tax on taxable items. Horror on Main/The Grim Market is not responsible for collecting, reporting or submitting sales tax on behalf of any vendors, and will not be held responsible for any vendor who fails to collect, file, or pay sales tax. You can register your business and get your sales tax license through the MyPath Online Business Tax Registration. If you are already in the PA system (whether as a resident or a vendor) use the “login or sign up” at the top right of that page to make sure you have a sales tax account and number, if not you can apply within your account. For those with no account at all, use the “Pennsylvania Online Business Tax Registration” option in the Registration box below the sign in box and follow the steps inside to obtain your license. Note: If you are out of state, you will choose “Transient Vendor Certificate” when setting up your account, those certificates are good for two years. For further assistance, call 717.787.1064, they are very pleasant and quite helpful.

Horror on Main/The Grim Market retains the right to remove from the event, without refund, anyone found in violation of these rules or against Horror on Main/The Grim Market general policies. Violations may result in banning from future events at the discretion of Horror on Main, LLC. Horror on Main/The Grim Market further retains the right of refusal to any vendor, and can refund and refuse a table at their discretion.

We are currently not accepting Tattoo or “Wet Specimen” vendors.
